Hardscaping & Outdoor Living Contractor
Pavers, patios, outdoor kitchens, water features, and asphalt — the finish work on a property we have often already shaped.
Detail
Hardscape is the last thing that happens on a property and the first thing anyone notices.
On high-end residential work in Alpine, Highland, and the Wasatch Back, the grading, drainage, and retaining that sit under a patio matter more than the pavers on top. We are usually the ones who did that work, which means the finished surface drains where it should and sits on a base that will not move through a Utah freeze-thaw cycle.
Usually paired with
- ConcreteFootings, foundation walls, flatwork, and structural concrete placed by the same team that prepped the subgrade.
- Custom HomesCustom homes and additions on difficult lots, where the site work is the hard part and we already own it.
- Retaining WallsStructural block, boulder, and poured walls built to the engineer's specification, with the drainage and reinforcement behind them done right.
