J&J Services
J & J Services crew on a commercial foundation site in American Fork, Utah

About

We take the work
others hand off.

Most contractors sub out at least one phase of a site package. We hold the licenses to do all of them, and we do.

Who we are

J & J Services handles the full scope of site work, from raw land to finished structure: excavation, grading, underground utilities, demolition, engineered retaining walls, drainage, and ground-up commercial, custom home, and multi-family construction.

Because we self-perform across every phase, owners and developers work with one accountable team instead of juggling separate excavators, utility crews, and concrete subs. That control is what keeps commercial builds, multi-family projects, and full land developments on schedule and on spec.

What the licenses mean

An E-100 General Engineering license covers the heavy civil side — earthwork, utilities, storm systems, and site infrastructure. A B-100 General Building license covers ground-up vertical construction. Holding both is what lets us contract a project from the first bucket to the certificate of occupancy without handing it off.

How we bid

We would rather walk a site than price it off a map. Ground on the Wasatch Front changes street to street — cobble here, groundwater there, tufa in Midway, mine soils in Park City. A number built from an average is a number that turns into change orders.

Send us the civil set and we will price the site package. If the project is still in entitlement, we will give you a budget number to underwrite against and firm it up when the plans are stamped.
