Heavy civil & site work
Demolition Contractor
Full structure and site demolition, hauled out, with the ground left graded and ready for the next build.
Detail
Demolition is not finished when the building is down. It is finished when the debris is gone, the hole is backfilled, and the site is at a grade the next contractor can work from.
We handle utility disconnects and abandonments, coordinate the required notifications, and haul out to the appropriate facility. On teardown-and-rebuild lots, we stay on to excavate the new foundation, which removes a mobilization and a week from the schedule.
Asbestos and lead surveys are required on most pre-1981 structures in Utah before demolition can start. We will tell you what your building needs and can point you to a certified inspector.
Usually paired with
- ExcavationCut, fill, and haul that takes raw ground to a pad-ready, engineered building site at the elevation the plans call for.
- Grading & Site PrepRough and finish grading to plan, compacted and certified, so the next trade starts on a surface that will pass inspection.
- Land DevelopmentRaw ground to recorded, buildable lots — clearing, mass grading, and the full wet and dry utility backbone under one contract.
