Vertical construction
Commercial Building Contractor
Ground-up commercial construction from a licensed B-100 general building contractor who also owns the site work.
Detail
Most commercial projects split the site package and the building package between two contractors, and the seam between them is where schedule slips.
Holding both an E-100 and a B-100 license lets us carry a project from raw ground through the finished structure on a single contract, with one schedule and one warranty. The site work does not wait on a general contractor’s sub buyout, and the building does not wait on a site contractor who has moved to the next job.
Usually paired with
- ConcreteFootings, foundation walls, flatwork, and structural concrete placed by the same team that prepped the subgrade.
- Grading & Site PrepRough and finish grading to plan, compacted and certified, so the next trade starts on a surface that will pass inspection.
- Land DevelopmentRaw ground to recorded, buildable lots — clearing, mass grading, and the full wet and dry utility backbone under one contract.
